After confirming a reservation online you will receive an e mail with all important details. This email is sent in order to provide you with all the info you need about the tour. You do not need to print it.
All you have to do is show up at the correct time on the correct location and provide our host with the name under which the reservation is made.

Cancellation of the tour is easy. All you have to do to receive a full refund is notify us about your cancellation through email info@bluecaveexpress.com or whatsapp (+385913593985) 24 hours prior to your scheduled tour departure. No refund will be given for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice as well as for no shows or late comers.
Boats used for Blue Cave & Hvar ~ 5 Island Tour have a toilet onboard and are built by the highest shipbuilding standards to provide comfort and safety on this full day and long distance tour. Keep in mind that Blue cave is located almost half way beetween Croatian and Italian coast and it is important to choose a boat which can handle these distances safely while providing comfort.
On the other hand, Blue Lagoon & Trogir are much closer to Split and in order to get the best value for money ratio we use RIB speedboats. These do not have a toilet on board since the rides are short and you'll find toilets on each of the locations we visit.
Maximum capacity on board is 12 people + 2 crew members.

Safety equipment is provided for all of our guests such as lightweight life jackets.

Blue Cave & Hvar ~ 5 Island Tour is a full day tour and its approximate duration is 10.5 hours.
Blue Lagoon & Trogir ~ Half Day Tour will take you approx. 5 hours.
No, you will not visit Blue cave on the half day tour. Half day tour takes you to Trogir and Blue Lagoon which are not even close to Blue cave.
We can not emphasize enough the importance of using sunscreen so please bring it with you.
Other things you'll want to bring with you are sunglasses, hat, beach towel, swimwear, camera and some pocket money.
In rare cases when it rains you will have 2 options to choose from. If it works for you we will postpone your tour for the next day. The second option is cancelling the tour and receiving a full refund.
Blue Cave is a natural phenomenon and its entrance is small. In case of high tide it is not safe to enter it which is the reason why the authorities close it.
In most of these cases we are informed about this before your scheduled tour departure and we immediately inform our guests about this.
You are then given 3 options; cancelling the tour with a full refund, rescheduling the tour for another day or proceeding with the tour and receiving partial refund(the price of the entrance ticket).
Although rarerly, somethimes the weather changes after we already embarked and started the tour. The weather can change suddenly and it can happen even after we arrived to Bisevo island. In these cases we can only provide a partial refund(the price of the entrance ticket) and continue with the tour. In order to make up for this to our guests our skipper can suggest a surprise destination in accordance with the group.
You need to be aware that all of our tours are speedboat tours which means fast driving. Somethimes the sea gets choppy and you can feel some bumping. This is nothing to be concerned about unless you belong to one of these groups which can be sensitive to even slightly bumpy ride. Since your safety is important to us, we advise against doing the tour for pregnant woman, people with back problems and children under age of 3.
